Micro-optic security films & high-security labels

A label the eye can check.

No app, no training, no second opinion. A tilt of the wrist in daylight, about a second, and the answer is in front of you — in a shop, at a border, or on a loading bay.

Per-unit identity

A code the phone can check.

Every code carries its own identity rather than a link shared across the run, so a scan answers for that item and not for the product line. Any phone camera. Nothing to install.

How the code works

And the proof

And the record that proves what happened.

Where each unit was seen, when, and whether two of them are claiming to be the same item. The label, the code and the record — all from one supplier.

One supplier, both layers

Security labels and QR platforms are usually two vendors, two contracts and a gap in the middle where accountability goes. We make both, so the label and the record it carries come from one place.

What you get

The label, the code, and the proof

The label

AuthNtrace™ — tamper-evident, currency-grade micro-optics. A dynamic 3D effect in real colour that is recognised in a second and effectively impossible to copy.

The code

QRSys — every code its own identity, not a shared link. Authenticate, redirect or display — read by any phone camera, with no app to install.

The proof

Live scan maps, per-code timelines and fraud signals. Impossible-travel and clone alerts raised automatically rather than found by chance.

Why per-code matters

A shared link cannot tell you it was cloned

A shared link tells you a thousand people scanned something. It cannot tell you that one identifier was scanned in Rotterdam at nine and in São Paulo at eleven — which is not a busy campaign, it is a cloned label.

Individual identity is what turns scan data into evidence.

Who makes it

Made in Rotherham, by people who have done this before

Our founder has manufactured optical films commercially since 2005, at Exxelis Limited, with operations in the UK and Taiwan — and before that led materials at Terahertz Photonics.

Films are cast on our own roll-to-roll line in South Yorkshire and converted in-house into labels, tapes, tax stamps and security threads.

The product, the run length, and what you are trying to prevent. That is enough for us to tell you which construction fits and what it costs.
