Ordering a run

From your specification to labels on the reel

We cast micro-optic film on our own 1.1 metre roll-to-roll line and convert it in-house into finished labels, tapes, stamps and threads — so the security layer and the finished format are one job rather than two suppliers.

Every run is quoted against substrate, format, run length and construction. Tell us the job and we will come back with options.

Choose a construction

Six formats, one production line

Self-adhesive (PSA) labels

The general-purpose construction. Applied to cartons, bottles and cases on your existing line.

PSA tamper-evident labels

Lifting or reapplying leaves permanent visible evidence. For seals, closures and warranty-void points.

Tax stamps

Excise and regulated categories, where a trained inspector and a member of the public both need to check on sight.

Security threads for textile

Ultra-fine threads woven into brand labels or used for stitching, for apparel, textiles and upholstery.

Security tapes

For labels and shrink sleeves, on the reel — for packs already using shrink or wrap decoration.

Printed micro-optic films

Film supplied on the roll for your own converter to finish, in-house or third-party.

Before you enquire

What to have ready

None of this is required to start a conversation, but the more of it you have, the faster we can come back with a real answer rather than a question.

  • Construction – which of the six formats above fits the product
  • Quantity – the run length you are planning, even approximately
  • Label size – width and height in millimetres, or the die you already use
  • Artwork – print-ready files if you have them — we can help if you do not
  • Codes – whether each unit needs its own identity, or the label is decoration alone

Both layers

The label and the data behind it

A run can be printed with a unique code on every unit, so a scan answers for that specific item rather than the product line. If you already hold codes in QRSys they can be linked to the run rather than reissued.

Or order the labels alone. The physical product does not change either way.

About QRSys

Cross-section of a label showing adhesive, substrate, micro-pattern security layer and printed unique code, with what happens on scan and the die-cut outline

Print enquiry

Tell us what you need printed

The print enquiry form is on QRSys, which holds the job record and the codes that go with it. It asks for the construction, quantity and label size covered above — and takes artwork, or a note that you would like help with it.

Order a print run

Rather talk it through first?

Send us the brief — substrate, application method, run length and what you are trying to prevent — and we will come back with options.
