Then we make your label out of it.

Self-adhesive labels, tamper-evident seals, tax stamps, security tapes and woven threads — die-cut to the format your existing line already applies. Or take the printed film on the reel and convert it yourself.

The code goes on in register, same pass.

If the run needs per-unit identity, the code is laid onto the optics on the same pass — one job number, no reconciliation between two suppliers, and no join where the pattern and the code have to be matched up afterwards.

Three steps, one building, one job number

Most security labels are assembled from parts bought in: an optical layer from one supplier, converting from another, codes from a platform that has never seen the label. Every join is a handover, and a handover is where security and accountability leak.

We cast the film, convert it and issue the codes ourselves. That is not a boast about vertical integration — it is the reason we can tell you what is in a construction, change one layer without renegotiating three contracts, and stand behind the whole thing when it matters.

What actually happens to your job

  1. Cast and print

    The micro-optic array is cast onto film on our roll-to-roll line and printed in register with your artwork.

  2. Convert and die-cut

    The film is converted into your format — label, seal, stamp, tape or thread — and cut to the shape your line already applies.

  3. Code and register

    Where the job calls for it, every unit is issued its own identifier and registered before it leaves the building.

  4. Apply and verify

    You apply it on your existing line. Anyone in the field checks it by eye, and by phone if the code is there.
