Why this is harder than it looks

The two halves are built by people who never talk to each other

Security-print converters are good at physical patterns that are difficult to reproduce. QR and traceability platforms are good at giving every code its own identity and scan history.

Very few do both under one roof, so most brands buy a converter and a software platform separately, then own the integration between them — and the join is where these systems fail.

How it fits together

A micro-pattern layer and a unique code, designed as one label

The physical layer makes the label difficult to reproduce convincingly. Two high-resolution layers — a cast micro-optic array and a micro-printed graphic indicia — combine into a dynamic 3D effect in real colour. It moves as the product moves. A photograph of it does not.

The digital layer gives every single label its own identity, not a code shared across a print run. Both are specified and produced together, so neither is an afterthought bolted onto the other.

How a label gets made

  1. Cast and convert

    Micro-optic film is cast on our roll-to-roll line and converted into your label, tape, stamp or thread format.

  2. Code and register

    Each unit is issued a unique identifier and registered before it leaves the line.

  3. Verify and watch

    Customers, inspectors and distributors check with a phone. You see the resulting pattern.

How we deliver it

One workflow, whichever route gets it made

We are bringing micro-pattern production and code issuance together under one workflow — whether that means our own converting line or a closely integrated print partner for a given run.

Either way the pattern and the code are specified as one job rather than handed between unrelated suppliers, so the result is the same by either route: a label and a code designed for each other from the start.

Bought with or without the platform

Security labels are manufactured goods and have been our business since long before we built a QR platform. They are quoted per job against substrate, format, run length and construction.

Add the digital layer when it earns its place. Nothing about the label changes.
